AI Risk Assessment

AI Risk Assessment

Know what your use of AI could cost you, in euros, and what removes most of it.

AI agents now pay invoices, answer customers and change systems. We show what your use of AI could cost in euros, which controls are missing, and which fixes pay back first.

For companies that already use AI assistants or agents in real processes.

Example result

Logistics company, 600 employees, illustrative figures

EUR 1.3M expected AI loss a year

Largest risks, expected loss a year

Largest risk419K
Second282K

After the action plan

Expected loss falls to EUR 0.5M a year.

What you get

A figure, not a heat map

AI risk in euros, with a realistic year and a bad year.

What it asks of you

About ten minutes

A private questionnaire and one review call. No access to your systems.

What you do next

A 90-day action plan

The fixes that pay back first come first.

Who it serves

Board ready

Results aligned to the EU AI Act, NIS2 and DORA.

Who this is for

Built for companies where AI already acts, not just suggests.

Most AI risk reviews end in a policy and a colour. Yours ends in a number your finance team recognises and a list of fixes in the order that pays back first.

CISO and CIO
See where AI exposes the business and what to fix first.
CFO
Weigh AI risk against the budget for fixing it, in the same currency as the rest of the plan.
Board and audit committee
Get a defensible answer to the question every board now asks about AI.
Risk and compliance
Evidence for EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2 and DORA reviews from the same assessment.

Signs it is time for an assessment

  • AI already works in processes that move money, data or decisions
  • Nobody can say what an AI failure would cost
  • The board, an auditor or a regulator has asked about AI risk

How it works

Three steps from first answer to board report.

1

Private questionnaire

A short questionnaire through your private link, roughly ten minutes.

2

Review call

One call to go through your answers together and agree who owns the first actions.

3

Report and plan

The board report and the action plan arrive within a few working days of the call.

What you receive

A board report your finance team can check line by line.

  • Board report: your AI risk in euros, for a realistic year and a bad year
  • Control gaps: what is in place and what is missing
  • 90-day plan: the fixes that pay back first, with owners and dates to fill in
  • Assumptions: stated openly, so the figures hold up when the room pushes back

The results support your security, risk and compliance reporting, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2 and DORA.

Questions

Answers to the questions buyers ask first.

What happens to our answers?

Your answers travel to a private intake server only to reach us. Once we have collected them for your assessment they are deleted from that server. Nobody else sees them, and they are not used for anything other than your assessment.

Do you need access to our systems?

No. The assessment works from your answers and the review call. Nothing is installed and no system access is requested.

How long does it take?

The questionnaire takes about ten minutes. After the review call, the report and the plan arrive within a few working days.

What do you need from us?

One person who knows where AI is used in the business and an hour for the review call. Ranges are fine; exact figures are not required.

Is the figure a forecast?

No. It is a range built on stated assumptions. It shows how large AI losses could realistically be and which controls change that most, so you can decide where to spend first.
